General Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, fill out the form below or call our Product Returns Department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Terms and Conditions
- All returns and replacements must be accompanied by a Speck RMA number.
- Returns without a valid RMA number will not be credited. Replacements without a valid RMA number will not be replaced.
- Please ship your product back within 5 days of receiving an RMA number. Speck is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. For added security, please secure a tracking number once shipped.
- Returns must be in its original packaging including all product contents, along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- Items returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited to your credit card. Speck will process the credit back to your credit card immediately and will send notice. Please note: Credit card companies credit accounts at various times, Speck has no control over these timeframes. If your account has not been credited back in a reasonable timeframe, please contact your credit card company for status.
- Your credit will appear once Speck has received and processed your return. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will not be credited. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Replacements are processed upon product availability and will be shipped back via standard ground shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to Speck and Speck will cover the shipping fee back to the customer. If a replacement is not found, your account will get credited a full refund.
- Canadian customers are responsible for customs fees including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
