- Insert the bottom corners of your iPod touch (2nd gen) into the bottom of the case, gently bending the flexible CandyShell. Once the bottom is in, flex the top corners of the case around the top of your iPod touch. To remove the CandyShell, place your thumbs right on the Speck logo on the back of the case, and use your fingers to gently flex and bend the top corners of the CandyShell off of the top corners of your iPod touch. Make sure to gently press the back of the case with your thumbs as you bend the top corners, it will make it much easier to pop your phone out of the CandyShell!. Once you have the top of your phone out, the bottom will slip off easily. Rubbery touch-thru buttons let you use all the controls thru the CandyShell case! Use some rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball/swab to clean the rubbery parts of the CandyShell (buttons, inside, contrasting corners, etc)

- What is CandyShell made of?
CandyShell has a soft, rubbery "skin" inside with a hard, shiny plastic coating! The soft inside and hard shell outside are molded together into one case, they do not separate. The inner soft part of the case and the touch-thru button protectors are made of silicone, the outer shell is a thin, shiny hard plastic coating.
- Will it fit on my iPod touch?
This case fits the current gen iPod touch (2nd gen, sometimes known as 3rd gen) There is really no "3rd gen" iPod touch yet - many people call the current iPod touch 3rd gen, but it is really a 2nd gen iPod touch. This case will fit on any iPod touch with built-in speakers. It will not fit on other devices or the 1st gen iPod touch.
- Can I use all the features of my iPod touch without removing the case?
Yes- the screen is left open and touch-sensitive, there is a cutout for the bottom plug, switches, and the buttons are covered by touch-thru rubbery button covers that let you use the buttons just as you would with no case on.
- How do I get it on and off?
The CandyShell is "bendy" and "flexible"! Insert the bottom corners of your iPod touch into the bottom of the case, gently bending the flexible CandyShell around the iPod. Once the bottom is in, flex the top corners of the case around the top of your iPod touch. You can clean the "rubbery parts" easily with some rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball! This will keep the colors looking bright and new!
