- Please dust or clean your 13" MacBook (white or black finish models only) to remove any particles that maybe clinging to the surface before putting on your case. To put on your case, keep your 13" MacBook closed. Place MacBook in bottom half of case, snap on the corners and back 'hooks'. Place top half of the case on top of MacBook, snap on corners. Pull the small tabs away from the MacBook corners to remove the case. We recommend removing the case periodically to dust or clean your MacBook.

- What are the SeeThru shells made of?
Polycarbonate plastic. It's a hard plastic that offers sturdy protection and a great look!
- Can I use all the controls and features of my 13" MacBook without removing the shell?
All the buttons, ports, drives, and plug sockets have cutouts so you don't have to remove the shell. The two piece snap-on design lets you open and close your MacBook without removing the shell. The bottom half of the shell must be removed to access the battery door, but it's quick and simple to do.
- Will it fit on my MacBook?
13" SeeThru cases fit only the WHITE or BLACK finish 13" MacBook models! It will not fit the newer (Oct 2008) black keyboard/aluminum finish MacBook models with unibody construction and glass displays. SeeThru Cases are also available for 15" and 17" MacBook Pro models too!
- Does the SeeThru hard shell for MacBook allow for proper heat ventilation?
Yes, the SeeThru hard shell has 74 ventilation slots to facilitate the MacBook Pro’s internal cooling process. The shell is designed to allow for thermal exchange out of the heatsinks and fans of the computer.

The case is very strong, it dose add weight to my macbook I would not recommend the clear case, it shows scuf marks where the shell meets the macbook pro. Can anyone recommend how to keep it clean.

I absolutely LOVE this product!!! i am a college student & a lover of color and fashion..i looked into getting the color of my macbook changed, which I found too costly and too permenent of an option, so I continued my search & found speck seethru cases...a much more economical choice & i'm not tied down to one color. I have one in pink, one in green & will soon be purchasing the aqua blue :) yay!
