Im an HGV technician and as a result I drop my phone now and again out my pocket from height. My hands are normally dirty and capable of scratching the screen and case with this and the screen protector I am confident my phone will be in pristine condition a fair bit longer, the case feels tough its the Caterpillar of iphone cases. 5 star

I left my phone on the roof of my car and as I accelerated onto the freeway, and reached about 50 mph, the phone came off of the car. My iPhone was undamaged and still works great.

I used at least two other iPod3G skins and none of them would hold up. Sure people complain that the ToughSkin is bulky but I've dropped my phone half a dozen times and NOTHING has ever happened to it. Also very easy to grab and hold too. I recommend it to anyone. I also use a BlueTooth headset so I don't have to hold the phone up, but by having the ToughSkin case on the phone doesn't slid around when I put it down to talk.

Best case I have ever used. I'm a field technician annd work up on ladders, this badboy is rugged! Awesome fit and the volume an power buttons work even better now due to the design. The grip is very positve due to the rubber, no bulky and definetly gives me piece of mind. Worth every single penny!

This case is AMAZING. When I first got my iPhone 3g, I fell down 10 concrete steps and when I picked it up, my phone was unharmed! That was in October...we're still going strong.

I tend to be a little clumsy and drop things. When I saw this case I bought it right away. It is the best protection I have seen for my iPhone and has alreade survived a couple of drops.

AWESOME. I Love my iPhone and I want to keep it safe. The ToughSkin gives me just what I want. The holster works great. The rubberized skin grips to the holster to give just the right grip. I never worry about losing my phone from the holster like I've had to worry about with other phones. And I love the look. Some of my colleagues at work say it looks too much like a contractors phone. I have always had that fear of dropping my iphone, which would be really bad since it is not only expensive but contains quite a bit of data. This is the best case that I have seen for this phone. It not only offers actual protection for the iphone but it gives you the feeling of confidence that your product is protected. Would definitely buy from speck for my other electronic devices.

I have a toughskin case for a iPod touch and am backordering one for an iPhone. I even had one for a 20GB U2 iPod - still protecting that thing. The iPod hard drive is shot, but it's still in the Speck case!

ill tell u what, this case is as tough as nails. it helped my iphone survive a 15 foot fall onto solid concrete with out cracking or damage. youve got my business as long as u keep this case in stock

I love this case as it has protected my phone from high drops and constant abuse. I bought it for use on a farm. Only suggestion can you make it in a color and with a port cover for the bottom. Thank you.

You could call the ToughSkin the "Hummer" of iPhone 3g S cases. Actually, it's much better than a "Hummer"! I used the 1st gen model for yrs on my previous iPhone. And although I would have kept using the old case 'cuz it still fit the iPhone 3G like a glove, it unfortunately prevented the new model from working properly. Speck has done a great job of updating this product and has made several nice improvements. Yes, this is the best case. Not only will the phone never slip from your hands, but if it does, your phone should be just fine.

This case is built like a tank! I work in an active and sometimes high impact environment and so far, this case has handled everything well. Its also multifunctional and that makes it great for travel which I do a lot of. While it may add a bit of bulk to the iPhone, I'll take that over having to replace a damaged iPhone any day. Great product!

It's not a thin case, and seems like it doubles the thickness of my iPhone, but it does its job well. I feel uneasy when I've carried my phone around without it. It's on 24/7 now.

Btw, this and the PixelSkin (on my iPod Touch) are great for my nerves, since I have 2 daughters under 4 who 'borrow' my toys daily.

the toughskin case with belt clip is the best case ive ever seen or had. the belt clip is great for the gym beacuse i dont like the case that fit around your arm. also, i had the first gen iphone and recently bought the iphone 3gs and the case fits perfectly on both.

I had been wanting an iPhone for quite a while and decided to pull the trigger when the 3GS was released. But I was very nervous about carrying around such an expensive phone. This case has taken my worries away. And the belt clip is exactly what I needed. And the clip even protects the face of the phone . Great work guys....

Money well spent! The day after purchase, my 19 month-old grabbed my new iPhone, ran with it hands over head and threw it to the ground. Landing corner first, it bounced on a hardwood floor. The cover saved the phone.

The nice, chunky style also makes it easy to find in cargo shorts.

Like everything about it. Especially the security in knowing that the phone will not slip easily out of my hand. I wish that there was a flip back plug over the ear phone jack. I guess I will put a piece of tape over it when doing woodworking to keep dust out.

This Is the best case EVER!!!
I ran over my iPhone while it was is this case and the is not a mark on it and i works just like new.The inner frame ended up bent out of shape but the phone was saved.I LOVE(*) Cases!!!!!
