Q: Why are there two different sized camera holes?
A: All of our Fitted cases fit both the iPhone 4S and 4, but our older models have a smaller camera hole. Our new patterns are on our newer chassis, with a larger camera hole that is now our standard, which doesn't interfere with your iPhone's flash at all.
Q: How do I get the Fitted iPhone 4S case off?
A: To remove this case, face the phone with the screen towards you. Start on the right side of the case, about an inch down from the top. From the inside (over the screen, not the outside!) gently pop the front of the case up. Once you have a bit of separation of the two pieces on the right side, work around to the top next, then to the left side and bottom, and gently pull the two pieces apart. It is much easier if you start from the inside/screen side, than from the outside of the case! Use your fingers, or gently use a guitar pick or credit card to help pop it off. The trick is to start from the inside (screen side)- and it works best if you start on the right side and go counter-clockwise. For more help, please watch our fantastic demonstration video!
Q: Will the Fitted fit my iPhone 4S/4?

Q: Can I use all the features of my iPhone 4S/4 without removing the Fitted case?
A: Yes! We've designed the Fitted to have cut-outs for all the iPhone 4S/4's buttons, lenses, speakers, ports, and sensors.
Q: Is this case "dockable" like the CandyShell Flip case?
A: No, however it is cutout around the plug connector, so you can plug it in without removing the case.
Q: Does this case come with a belt clip?
A: Fitted does not come with a belt clip or holster.

Q: What is the finish on the outside of the Fitted?
A: Fitted has a soft-touch anti-scratch hard plastic finish that is wrapped in tactile patterns for a fabric-backed comfort grip.
