Absolutely the Best!

When I was first shopping for a phone case, I was told by a salesperson that Speck cases are the best cases on the market and are the only ones that stand up to the company's shatter tests (aka: throw phone at wall). I have purchased Speck cases ever since and have NEVER been disappointed. I will never buy another brand of phone/iPod/anything case. I am a phone dropper. And not only do I drop my phone, but I usually time it so perfectly that I drop the phone and kick it at the same time. This case has taken so many hits. It's cracked in multiple places from the abuse I dish out- but my phone is perfect. I am so delighted with this product, and can't recommend it enough! I am happily buying a replacement case right now- they are WELL worth the cost. Thanks Speck!

Just received my order today, which included the snowflake/peacock case for my S3... I was surprised at how sturdy this case is. It hugs the phone beautifully- I was disappointed with my old Incipio double-shell case because of how loose the rubber was, but this case is perfect. I also got it half-price through Speck's BOGO half-off promo... Can't go wrong! The rubber does cause the buttons to be a little bit stiff, but I imagine it will loosen up over time. Great product, Speck!!

I bought my Samsung Galaxy s 3 about a month ago. Because it is such a large phone, I didn't really want a bulky case to make it any bigger than it had to be. So I bought a cheap case that didn't protect it whatsoever. I dropped it, and the case came right off and the bottom of the phone chipped. Needless to say, I was really unhappy. I spent hours searching the internet, looking for a case that wouldn't be overly bulky, yet would still protect my phone the best way possible. I found it in Speck! It took about a week to get here, which I was a little unhappy about because I was so anxious to get it, but I can't really complain when the shipping was free. The case is amazing! SUCH a pretty color (I got the malachite and gray Candyshell) and it is still thin enough where my phone can easily fit in my pocket. The colors look great as a contrast against the white of my phone. I am so amazed! I love the shock absorbency feature as well. Just an all around great phone case! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and I will continue purchasing Speck products in the future!

I love this case it looks great, fits great and offers great protection. All the buttons are easy to push and the case isn't bulky. I have the white galaxy SIII and I got the case in raspberry/white and I love it. The price is a little high but I found it on Amazon for less money.

Great case, I've owned several and have had no issues. Has completely protected my phone from all the drops. Only complaint is they need to add more colors, the iPhone has several colors and they need to stop catering to iPhone us other phone users would like more options as well.

I bought the white/raspberry case. It is beautiful, and it is very good for phone protection. However, it causes an echo for the person on the other end of my conversations. It is annoying to need to put my phone on speaker (not always an option) or take the phone out of the case to be able to use the phone for a decent conversation.

When I got my S3, the first case I bought was the PureGear Dualtek, which is basically a heavy-duty candyshell. The candyshell is my thinner, more stylish alternative, and it's great. It offers great protection in a remarkably thin profile. My only problem with the case is its price, but you can get it for much cheaper on Amazon, eBay, etc.

I have seen my smartphones , iphones and Androids, bounce so many times in these cases and they always come out working like a charm. I wont let anyone in my family use anything but Speck cases. Buttons work fine, not hard to push and all ports line up perfectly. They need to make a candyshell for Samsung Galaxy S3 with extended battery and door.

I bought this case just after getting my Galaxy S III. It does offer good protection and is easy to fit on and take off. However there are a couple of issues that Speck need to address. Firstly the volume and power buttons. There's nothing behind the rubber so you have to press them REALLY hard to get them to work. I would say you get used to it but we really should have to press them THAT hard. Also the headphone jack. Oh dear. This is a baaaad design flaw. The S3 has a slight angle to the headphone jack and this case makes it incredibly difficult to use. The headphones that come with the phone literally just fit but don't click in place so the slightest knock or movement knocks them out. Adapters for things like line in for a car don't fit at all so the only way to play music in a car is over Bluetooth. If there's a way around this I haven't found it. These are really the only two issues I found. Good protction, easy fit, but a couple of bad bad bad design flaws.

CandyShell cases have always been some of my favorite, go-to cases for my phone. I've always used them for my iPhones, and now that I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, the first case I bought was the CandyShell in Snowfresh Blue/Peacock. Just like the cases for my iPhone, this is perfect, and up against my white phone, it looks absolutely gorgeous. It doesn't add too much thickness to my phone, but it offers great protection. I've never had trouble with the case cracking or falling apart, and while I can see what people are talking about with the back (being able to see scratches), that's not reason enough for me to take off a star. Cases get scratched. That's what they're there for - to be the thing that gets scratched so the phone doesn't. I've never had any scratches to be so glaringly obvious that it took away from the attractiveness of the case. I'm actually going to purchase the raspberry/white one closer to the end of wintertime, when I will switch from the Snowfresh one.

By the way, I am a mom of four young children, and while I don't give them free reign over my phone, they do have access to it (except for the one year old, since his favorite game right now is throwing anything he can get his hands on). This case holds up to my 4, 6, and 8 year olds with no problem. I have a couple of games on my phone, as well as Netflix, for the time when all other distractions fail, and wouldn't hesitate in handing my phone to my three oldest to use for a bit. After all, I did the exact same thing with my iphone 4, then 4S, and both are in great shape.

I highly recommend these cases. It really does offer good protection without adding bulk, and the colors are bright and beautiful. Oh! Also, I have no problem putting my case on and taking it off. It doesn't just slip right off, but I wouldn't want it to. But just pop out one corner, and the rest easily follows. Easy enough to change with my mood. =)
