Speck Non-Defective Products Return Policy
Refunds for Non-Defective Products (available to SpeckProducts.com purchasers only)
If you purchase a product directly from Speck Products (“Speck”) through Speck’s website located at: www.speckproducts.com, you may return the product if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, and Speck will refund the amount paid for the returned product. Non-defective refund requests must be made directly to Speck. All non-defective products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of original purchase and include a Speck-issued RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and be shipped postage pre-paid to: Speck Products, Attn: Customer Service, 227 Forest Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94301. Please clearly write or otherwise mark your RMA number on the outside of your package. To obtain an RMA number, an RMA form must be submitted directly to Speck’s customer service department.
You can obtain an RMA by: (i) using the RMA Form on Speck's website; (ii) writing to Speck Products, Attn: Customer Service, 227 Forest Avenue, Palo Alto, California 94301; (iii) e-mailing customerservice@speckproducts.com (and including in the subject line: Non-Defective Product RMA); or (iv) calling the Products Return Department at (650) 462-2040.
You must include a copy of the original sales receipt for the returned product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Speck is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Speck. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Speck via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
Promptly following Speck’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Speck will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Speck does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
Speck will not provide a refund for a non-defective product that is received by Speck more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Speck also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
This non-defective product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Speck’s website.
